Class and Payment Rules and Regulations

Payments made through cheque are subject to realisation.
A session missed without prior notice will not be adjusted or made up for. Cover-up classes, if any, will be provided at the discretion of Classcapades management only.
The fee paid will not be refunded or transferred to another student under any circumstances.
The right to admission is reserved by the Classcapades management only.
Any study material, story, book extract, article, publication, poem is intended for use by the enroled student only and includes copyrighted material. Classcapades hereby notifies you that you must not share these files with anyone, nor distribute nor use these files for any commercial or even for any non-commercial purposes. Strict legal action will be taken against anyone violating the above.
When you enrol you child, you also agree to give permission to Classcapades to use photos of you / your child participating in parent-teacher meetings and classroom activities and to use his / her work and written compositions on our website and social-media pages or as teaching material (worksheets).
